Photo and License FAQs /// Standard Usage License: Melissa Toledo (Photographer) retains the copyright for the images she captures and grants clients an Exclusive license to use all the released images. All photographs are licensed for worldwide usage, in all Owned Media including agency websites, press, printed marketing materials, articles, .com, Social Media channels (premium or otherwise), and Blogs. Paid Media usage (ie an autobiographical book cover) may require a separately negotiated license with Melissa Toledo. /// LICENSE FEE: Calculated on sliding fee model of 1%-15% of total project Media Buy (costs for packaging & advertising). /// Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Media may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner. Media may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Media may not be made available for download. /// You do not need to contact Melissa to crop or edit your images. There is no warranty. The images are provided as 'AS IS.' Final payment is due upon release of final images. Neither Toledo Images nor SmugMug will be liable for any claims, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the buyer's use of the Media.
